Scuba diving in Mauritius

With waters oscillating between 22° to 28°c, Mauritius is a paradise for scuba diving enthusiasts. In addition to a very rich marine biodiversity, discover places that differ greatly from each other and suitable for all levels: coral gardens, wrecks, caves or else, drop-offs… no one diving experience is alike.

Colourful fish, scorpion fish, pipefish, giant morays… A myriad of different species ready to be observed through a mask.

You can dive all year round. However, the best period is between October and March and it is important to remember that due to the wind and swell, it is not possible to dive at certain spots during the Southern winter.

Where to dive around the island?

The west of the island, around Flic-en-Flac, is one of the most beautiful diving spots and icing on the cake, the region being particularly well protected from the wind, it is possible to dive there all year round with excellent visibility.
